Executive Leadership
Laurie Biddle - Vice President and General Counsel
Laurie Biddle, vice president and general counsel,
manages Hall Financial Group's general legal business and corporate
matters; negotiates mortgage loan agreements, vendor contracts and
investor agreements; and oversees real estate transactions including
lease documentation. Ms. Biddle's prior experience includes 10 years
in private law practice with expertise in corporate and real estate
matters. She graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with
highest honors and from the University of Texas School of Law. Ms.
Biddles is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association, the State
Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association. |
